Contract Agreement: By asking us to confirm your booking, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this contract with Lery Hago Ltd. These conditions apply to the trip agreements made with us.
Travel Documents: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. We are not responsible for any visa denials, delays, or refusal of entry.
Price Policy, Payment, and Cancellation: We reserve the right to change prices and will notify you before accepting your booking. Full payment is required by the due date, or reservations are subject to cancellation. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Cancellation penalties will be advised at the time of booking.
Late Bookings: Early reservations are advised to avoid late booking fees.
Tours: No refunds for unused portions of a tour. Group tours require a minimum number of passengers; if this number is not met, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be canceled.
