  1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellation fees will apply as per the specified schedule in your booking confirmation.
  2. Cancellation by Lery Hago Ltd: If we cancel a trip (excluding force majeure), an alternative trip or a full refund will be offered.

  1. Travel Insurance: Access to travel insurance products is offered to protect against various travel-related risks.
  2. Responsibility for Flight Changes: We are not responsible for any schedule changes or missed flights. It’s recommended to check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to domestic flights and 3 hours prior to international flights.
  3. Force Majeure: Compensation for cancellations caused by force majeure is not covered by us and is typically handled by the airline.
  4. Liability Limitations: We are not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
  5. Complaints: Should be addressed in writing within 30 days of trip completion.
  6. Jurisdiction: Disputes will be governed by the laws of the specified jurisdiction.
