Important Information 

• A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the entrance for identification purposes 
• You need to be at the location 30 minutes before the tour time 
• Children’s tickets are applicable for children aged upto 12 years old. 
• Children weighing less than 15 Kg cannot be carried for safety reasons. 
• All children must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Pregnant women, heart patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the tour.

Cancellation Policy 

• No charges will be applied to cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure. 
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure will incur 100% charges. 
• If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days. 

Child Policy 

• Children under 5 years are not allowed for this activity 
• Children between ages 5 and 12 will be charged a child rate. 
• 13 years and above will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
