Dubai Mall Aquarium is no ordinary aquarium; it is the world’s largest suspended acrylic aquarium, home to over 33,000 exotic marine animals. It is located on the ground floor of the Dubai mall and rises to the third level.  The grandness of this edifice will reignite your sense of wonder and keep you on your toes.

• Venue Address: Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, The Dubai Mall, Doha Street, Off 1st Interchange – Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Pickup from areas other than centrally located Dubai hotels/residences can be done on request with an additional charge.
• Timings for sharing may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Pregnant ladies or children below 2 years are not allowed in Glass Boat.
• An adult or a guardian must always accompany children during this activity.
• Accessible for wheelchairs and strollers (excluding Rayn Encounter, Penguin Encounter)
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services
• We hold no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges will be applied to cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure will incur 100% charges.
• If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Under 2 years will be considered infants, and entry will be free
• Ages 2 to 15 years will be considered children and charged a child rate. They must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult.
• 16 years and above will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
