With our Big Bus sightseeing tour, you’ll gain free entry into iconic places like Heritage Village, Etihad Gallery Museum, Marina Mall Sky Tower, and a free dhow cruise. You’ll also be able to combine your Big Bus tour with a visit to Etihad Tower’s Observation Deck. 

On the bus, you will receive audio commentary expounding on the prominent features of this tour. The commentary is available in eight languages: Arabic, English, French, Mandarin, Italian, German, Russian, and Spanish.  

The ticket is valid for only 24 or 48 hours, and you can select between two routes, the Red Route and Island Shuttle, which offer over 20 stops. 

Important Information 

• Please carry a valid ID Proof/Passport along with you during the sightseeing tour. 
• The daytime tour offers the perfect orientation to Dubai with pre-recorded commentary available in 8 languages. 
• A Big Bus Sightseeing tour is available every day. 
• The duration of the tour is 1 Hour and 40 Mins each 
• Operational timings:-  10:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM (Everyday) 

• Important note –  
•   If fully vaccinated, provide the vaccination certificate with a negative PCR test  (14 days validity) 
•  If NOT fully vaccinated, provide a negative PCR test (48 hours validity)

Cancellation Policy 

• No charges will be applied to cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure. 
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure will incur 100% charges. 
• If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy 

• Children under 5 years will be allowed free of charge as long as the child does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger. 
• Ages 5 to 15 years will be considered children and charged a child rate. 
• 16 years and above will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
