Important Information

o   The minimum age is six years old to enter the park. 

o   Professional lifeguard supervision is available at all times.

o   Must have basic swimming skills.

o   All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy and weigh less than 120 kg.

o   We don’t recommend pregnant women, people with epilepsy, breathing or heart-related issues, or one wearing a cast for this tour.

o   It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed respectfully and appropriately. Aqua Fun advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the activity and which they do not mind getting damaged.

o   Long hair must be tied back.

o   Veiled ladies must use hair clips that are not sharp. Use of pins or safety pins is prohibited for safety reasons.

o   No belts, jewelry, or other sharp items of clothing that may cause damage to yourself, the equipment or other participants.

o   Aqua Fun will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items resulting from participation in the activities.

o   Drugs, consumption of alcohol, and smoking anywhere at the facility are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges will be applied to cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour departure will incur 100% charges.
• If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 6 years will not be allowed for this activity.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating adult of 18 years and above.
