• Pickup will only be arranged from centrally-located Dubai hotel/residences, not the airport.

• Smoking and consumption of food and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the limousine.
• This tour activity depends on vehicle availability during peak seasons.
• If the vehicle is unavailable at the given time, the tour will be rescheduled to a more convenient time.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges will be applied to cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure time.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of tour departure will incur 100% charges.
• If eligible for a refund, it will be returned to your account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Under 3 years will be considered infants, and entry will be free
• Ages 3 to 10 years will be considered children and charged a child rate.
• 11 years and above will be considered adults and charged an adult rate.
