TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

Please arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure time.

Please ensure your luggage is not huge and does not exceed 23kg to avoid paying extra fees. This policy varies between airlines, so check the website of your designated airline before travelling.

A yellow fever card is required for this trip.

COVID 19 PROTOCOL

You must travel with face masks and sanitizers and use them in public places.

You are required to have a NEGATIVE PCR TEST taken within 72 hours of your arrival in the Maldives. This will be presented to the airline upon check-in and arrival.

You are required to submit an ONLINE HEALTH DECLARATION FORM via https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ within 24 hours before departure TO and FROM the Maldives. The link should be filled in before your flight once you have received your PCR test result.

You must present a negative PCR Covid-19 test certificate when entering Nigeria. This test should be done in the Maldives 2 days before departure. The resort will handle this for free.

You will be required to register on the Nigerian International Travel Portal (NITP) on returning to Nigeria – nitp.ncdc.gov.ng. The QR code generated will be needed to board. A payment starting from N45,000 is required to complete the form. This payment is for a Covid test that will be taken 7 days after arriving in Nigeria.

If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to observe the mandatory 7-day quarantine nor undertake the day 2 and day 7 post-arrival PCR tests.

One of the resort’s dedicated airport staff will assist you upon arrival and departure to ensure your holiday is as stress-free as possible.

Any COVID-related expenses incurred during the holiday will be at the clients’ direct expense. However, if you would like a travel certificate, we can arrange this at an extra cost of N10,000 per person. This includes Covid-19 coverage during your stay in the Maldives.
