Lery Hago joins global travel giants at ILTM and WTM Africa 2025
Lery Hago, Nigeria’s fast-rising luxury travel concierge brand, proudly marked its presence at two of Africa’s most prestigious travel industry gatherings this April: the International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) Africa and the World Travel Market (WTM) Africa.
As part of Africa Travel Week, both events were held in Cape Town, drawing top-tier global players from across the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.
At ILTM Africa, held from 6-8 April at the Norval Foundation, Lery Hago joined a highly curated guest list of luxury travel specialists, including international hotel brands, bespoke tour operators, premium cruise companies, and exclusive destination management firms.
This invite-only event brought together luxury travel buyers and media from across the world, including the UK, UAE, South Africa, the US, and key European and Asian markets. The event also featured the launch of its annual State of the Industry Report, offering deep insights into shifting traveller behaviour, digital innovation in travel planning, and emerging preferences of African luxury travellers.

Following ILTM, Lery Hago participated in WTM Africa 2025 from 9-11 April, held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. With its theme Ignite Africa, this 11th edition saw record participation from 96 countries and over 700 exhibitors.
Prominent names such as Emirates, South African Tourism, Radisson Hotel Group, Visit Qatar, and several tourism boards from the Indian Ocean and North Africa were in attendance.
As a luxury travel concierge company, both platforms helped to connect directly with global partners across the value chain—from five-star resorts and boutique hotels to regional DMCs, tourism boards, and airline partners. These face-to-face meetings allow for deeper collaboration, preferential agreements, and access to exclusive travel products that ultimately benefit our customer base.
“Our clients expect the very best,” said the Founder of Lery Hago, Omolere Oiku, who attended both events. “Being at ILTM and WTM Africa gives us access to opportunities to curate more exclusive destinations, personalised luxury stays, and unforgettable experiences around the world.”
